Morrison-Shipley Engineers, Inc. is seeking a **Construction Observer** for our Fort Smith, AR office. Successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience supervising or observing civil construction activities including water and sewer line installations, drainage facilities, grading, asphalt and P.C. concrete paving, roadway/bridge construction, sidewalks, lighting, retaining walls, and landscaping. Detailed note taking required to field-document exceptions or deviations from approved plans and specifications and also to prepare accurate daily field reports summarizing daily field operations, installations, plan deviations, and corrective actions.

Pay commensurate with abilities and experience.

**U.S. Citizens only. Possession of a valid Arkansas drivers license and successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.**
